The last quarter of the year is a chill period in NJPW.

I assume you are wondering why it doesn't happen sooner? Like, G1 and then the match

The apperance's are awesome, I had to double check on carlito. IDK if it was the the shirt dude got bigger I think.

Right. Like in WWE, Royal Rumble and then Wrestlemania is 2-2.5 months later.

But for NJPW, G1 is July and then WrestleKingdom isn't until January. Much larger timegap.
