once he was acquired they asked him to catch the ball the "Spurs" type of way so he could shoot in the corners. Asked him to work on that all summer. When camp started the staff was mad because they could tell he didnt work on it at all. Start of problems between the two sides.

It's easy to **** on the Nets, Sixers, etc. for their playoff prospects as if we don't know who's going to run the NBA for the next few years. Ain't no participation trophies. If I'm Russell...I'm ******* ecstatic. I get to go the most famous city in the world to continue my basketball development, play through mistakes, and know I'm somewhere where I'm wanted and don't have to look over my shoulder.

It's been said like 10 times. It's not just about them two, it's about the potential deals they can make. Everyone is trying to dump cap to make a run at CP3 or another star. Nets could easily pick up some vets for nothing. Throw in all the cap they have, theyll most likely take a look at overpaying vets on short deals. It's really not that crazy.
