That obsidian/green/violet would be close to a Wimbledon color way. Also at the same time as the Wimbledon.

I agree but the odd thing is I grabbed that image from NDC  which typically means it will release sooner than closer to the Wimbledon tournament but time will tell.

I like the Flare silhouette but Ill be watching from the sideline until the 3s drop unless they do some special cw or they drop to PG prices

They could have dropped the white silver ones too though, which woulda been cool.

Does anyone remember when the black and white colorway retro'd in 1999 and had a herring bone type pattern on the sole? I have a pair of those and they're not as comfortable as the 96 pair I originally had. Also the shape is off a bit as well. Why would Nike do a different sole pattern? Different style for different courts maybe?
