Road Warrior Animal confirmed he could not come to terms and will not be in The Rumble.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan is confirmed to be in The Rumble.
Road Dogg is at the arena and is likely to be in The Rumble.
A new name being rumored to be in The Rumble is Carlito. It's not known if this would be a one time deal or a new contract.
