Dont know how, but it looked like Parsons zoned out or something for a split second. Lillard is fast, but not that fast to get about 5 steps on him in about 15 feet :lol:

My guess is they were supposed to switch everything and it simply didn't happen.
 
its not like bev would have been able to run through the double screen, its better to put the taller defender on him

I mean when you look at the play, if Pat Bev was on him from jump (which he was) he would have gotten picked off anyway and they would have had to switch to have chandler on him, when they wanted pat bev on him.

Therefore, by "jumping it" and putting Chandler on him initially the switch would have put Pat Bev on him at the end which is what they wanted.

Pat Bev just didn't pick up the switch IMO, I honestly believe that's what happened *Shrugs*
 
no idea why they never ran a single pnr tonight, it was harden scoring while dwight did nothing in the first half then dwight scoring while harden did nothing in the 4th

Harden seems like the type of guy that just wants to have fun. He'll put up numbers off of natural talent but he doesn't seem like the type that will put the work in to elevate his game to the next level. Houston's not a demanding sports city either, their fanbase for the most part is content with a 2nd round or conference finals appearance so he's not really held accountable compared to if he played in a market like New York.

That's no hate on him, if he put that extra work in, him and Dwight, Houston could be a potential title contender.
