i gotta assume Lillard will be in there too, especially with how good the Blazers have been this year

Are CP3 and Westbrook going to sit out and open up 2 more spots if they are selected by the coaches?
Fixed, and while it certainly isn't complex, doesn't make stopping Westbrook and Kevin Durant easy. Hell, look what he is doing with even no Westbrook. Last playoffs at full strength beat the Spurs 4 times in a row with 2 simple adjustments, switched all screen and rolls on defense, and on offense added a 1-3 pindown where Russ set the screen for KD to come to the top of the key and it kept forcing Parker to switch onto KD at the high post. And Popovic is typically 100x the coach Brooks is.
Once Reggie gets back to the bench where he belongs, our bench was a #1 scoring bench in the NBA. Lamb, Perry, and them I am not expecting much from outside of maybe home games since it's their first go round, but Reggie Jackson and Nick Collison are going to be ready to go. Nick Collison has the highest +/- and RAPM in the NBA as of last game in fact.
They already confirmed that yesterday. Commissioner gets to pick the replacement. And then the West coach gets to pick who he wants in the starting lineupthey better open 3 cuz kobe aint running eitherAre CP3 and Westbrook going to sit out and open up 2 more spots if they are selected by the coaches?
It's like everyone thinks Memphis has to score 90+ points to beat people. When your defense can be as good as Memphis, good look scoring over 90 on most nights.
OKC's offense is not the hardest thing in the world to figure out. You can't get mad at Houston for depending on Harden when all OKC is gojng to do is depend on KD and Russy in the half court. A team that has crisp ball movement like SAS and an inside presence to stop our post game makes it hard for Memphis. And this team is much deeper with more shooting than any of the previous teams. Im not saying all of their offensive problems are solved, but it's getting there. One more move and it'll definitely be there.
is this fair? or should the next top vote getter take the spot? They already confirmed that yesterday. Commissioner gets to pick the replacement. And then the West coach gets to pick who he wants in the starting lineup

Seven of the top eight picks not involved.

Memphis dismantled a pretty good Portland team last night. They're a tough matchup for most teams.
I really hope a healthy Grizz get another shot at a healthy OKC team because I'm tired of hearing the excuse about last year, especially since the Grizz couldn't use the same excuse in 2011 when they had Sam Young starting instead of Rudy.
At this point, the only team I fear that we cannot beat without making another trade is San Antonio. I'm pretty confident that with our defense heading in the direction it was at last year, better 2 way players on the perimeter and an improved Conley, they can give OKC hell and beat them. But, let's wait til around March/early April and talk about that again.
Johnson is turning into quite the gem.
