Heat's Roger Mason Jr. to Kings for cash.
#PowerMoves
The Miami Heat opened a roster spot Thursday by trading backup guard Roger Mason Jr. and cash to the Sacramento Kings for a highly protected second-round draft pick, sources told ESPN.com.
Sixers trade Spencer Hawes to the Cavs for two 2nd round picks .. not even sure what direction Cleveland is headed in anymore
Not up or down.
Just side ways.
No Rondo please.
Seriously how is Spencer any different than what Zeller brings to the table.
Just so happy Earl Clark is gone. Dude is atrocious in every way THANK GOD.
Being a Bulls fan,I never get excited about the trade deadline
or free agency...we are the kings of sitting on our hands
Now that I think about it, I can't recall a big named free agent signing with Chicago over the last 10 years - werid since Chicago is considered a big market team.
Boozer was that in 2010 but that was it.
tmac, kobe, wade all passed up on chi. you'd think some star would want to play in chi
No Rondo please.

Hawes is a better shooter than Zeller.
The way I see it, this reminds of the Lebron era, trading for any type of part to put around their franchise player so it looks like they're at least trying.

Peter Vecsey @PeterVecsey1 12h
Hearing Howard isn't thrilled by prospects of RR joining HR. Not that he's opposed but not crazy about it. Different attitudes & approaches.
Why would Howard feel that way? Rondo is cutthroat! A Kobe Klone! Howard likes to play around.
That Peter Vescey dude is always pulling stuff out of his ***. He has no inside source . Making stuff up off of assumptions.
In a vaccuum, Rondo is better than Lin (but Asik > Rondo in terms of value to these Rockets), but he doesn't really fit well next to the players, system and probably the locker room.No Rondo please.
So you guys just dont want a championship?
IMO Getting Rondo would be counter productive to that goal. Aside from his obvious deficiencies as a 3 point shooter, you have to think about how he would mesh with that Roster. Everyone would hate him within two months, and I mean EVERYONE.No Rondo please.
