Apparently he benefited a bit more from Wade, Bosh & Spo than we originally thought.View media item 1847232
On the bright side, LeBron still gets into the paint at a high level / frequency, and finishes there very well.
But at the same time, that's pretty disconcerting for LeBron. Just a quick look at the % from each range in the last 3 years, there's been a lot of decline outside of the paint in the last 2.
Eventually, when the age and minutes catch up with him, and he can no longer use his speed for his size with his strength. If this trend keeps up, his scoring will age rapidly, and fall off a cliff. There would need to be a lot of change in how he plays his game, and become more of a traditional 4 as a scorer / a guy who sets the offense.

will any player after kobe receive a similar farewell tour?
TIM DUNCAN maybe.
How does one regress this much? He used to be an elite jump shooter.View media item 1847232

Which is why.Nope. Tim Duncan is a great player. Top 10 All Time.
But really a super uninteresting person. You won't get much out of him in interviews, which cheapens it a whole lot.
Man I say this all the time. If he was smart he would've finished it of there. Nah, he was sad he couldn't beat Timmy and the boys and wanted to shake **** up. Now look at him.IMO people really underestimate how good Lebron really had it in Miami.
Jimmy Butler changing..bulls locker room a mess

As for LeBron, even though I started this talk.. Because it is interesting to look at those stats.
He's still a Top 5 player today in the NBA. He does too many things well, not to be.
My honest opinion, is we've seen peak LeBron 2012-13 & 2013-14. Now we're on the downside of his prime.
Because it's the only thing I can compare it too. Because it's something I've seen up close. He's at the stage where Kobe was after winning # 5. The body is just starting to get to him. Kobe was Top 10 for a few more years, then had a resurgent year in 2012-13, where he turned back the clock almost a decade. Then injuries..
But what I mean is that it is now starting to become harder for LeBron. Still has all those physical tools, and abilities that make him elite, but it's starting to go. At the pace? I have no idea.
It requires more effort to score, it requires more rest than it used to, he probably aches more than he used to. LeBron defensively has started to slide, and started to seem to conserve his energy on defense in exchange for legs on offense. Same thing Kobe did when his knees started to bother him, and couldn't be everything on both sides of the court.
Cb alone should've been enough to stay. Then u got a proven injury prone star and u leave him for an unproven injury prone glorified Jamal Crawford. He deserves everything that's happening. Hey let's trade Wiggins for love....I don't agree. Wade was/is definitely on the decline whereas when he made his decision to go back, Kyrie was young and on the come up.
Miami's future wasn't and isn't, even now, looking too bright.
Jason Kidd tried to beat up a referee, as a Coach.
Like, who does that. What Coach, ever, loses it like this in the cat days of Winter?
I realized then, he might be out of his league.
