I recently got some for lows. I got 48 inch one, but it was like three inches short per side. I couldn't tie my shoelaces. I'm a size 11, so I don't know if that helps. I'd go with a 54, or around there, if you're around that size.
For highs, I got some earlier this year for a size 11.5. The length was 60 inches and I think it was short by an inch or two on each size. So I'd go with something around 64.
Most places I've found says to go with 48 for lows and 60 for highs. I'm not sure if the size matters, but those sizes didn't work for me.
