i've heard pretty much everything he has done and he is nothing special, i wouldn't put him anywhere near my top 10. he's not terrible he just isn't as good as one would believe listening to people like op talk about him.

that is your opinion not fact. i know a ton of people who love dilla and a ton who don't see anything special about him. a couple of people told me as i made beats i would grow to like him but as i got into beat making i grew to like damu more instead and i think he is far better then dilla would have ever been.
