Seems like people are split on half size vs whole size down from reading the whole thread, anyone else wanna jump in for consensus on how much to size down.

Do you size up for UBs? And if so, will you be 1 or 1.5 down from that?

I wear sz 8.5 UB and my sz 7.5 NMD OG fit just fine.

There is no insole in the NMDs. Your foot sits on the midsole foam like the Adidas pure boost.

I wear a size 8 in ub... so in nmd sizing, I go with either size 7 or 7.5.
