ship to a confirmed address, pay and print your label directly through ebay/ups/usps/fedex so there are no issues with "wrong address". Use signature, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Add insurance. Record the whole packaging process. Basic steps. And be warn of any buyers asking for an overnight shipping option.
aight, will do that.

I even stalked that kid on facebook, seems too young to scam people.

I wouldn't use that as a determining factor...  I've seen a lot of kids scamming other people, because they are immature and don't really give a ****.

Did all those steps and still got scammed No way to show shows are swapped and then claimed to be fake Be very careful and I won't sell on eBay again but if you are look at feedback and if even one negative I wouldn't do it IMO It's why I'm going to FC to drop off some TD's wouldn't dare sell on eBay anymore plus more and more people scamming it's ridiculous

All those are precautionary  steps as I have said. No method is 100% safe. I know people who used those steps but were still filed a chargeback by the buyer but the seller still won. You just need to know how to backup your evidence and also know how to talk to the customer reps.

I backed my evidence and know how to talk to people I work in customer service myself does you NO good it's a buyers market and the protection is all in their favor Does one person win probably if the buyer is a power seller and the buyer slips up and is sloppy or have a history but otherwise not happening at least not anymore or lately I had a friend get scammed recently as well same thing eBay just states they are a third party and can't authenticate items and it's a legality issues and requires seller to refund and buyer to return item(which will be the fake pair)

I can't understand what you wrote. But it sounds like I can't get through to you anyway. I never guaranteed a 100% safe method.

Can't read lol never once did I mention your wrong or you don't know what your talking about!! But I guess you got your point of view and nobody can disagree with it lol All I was saying and stating was what happen to me so the guy asking about selling knows the possible outcome! Some peeps on NT are super sensitive lmao Anyways I'm done just stating my experience

so you're saying you yourself are sensitive? Because all i provided for the guy was precautionary steps (can't stress that enough since you don't seem to understand). And you're here trying to disprove the steps I suggested because you had a bad incident. And again, I was just saying that they're precautionary steps and they're not 100% safe proof (said this more than once). And yet again you're trying to explain the theories. Sounds like you were the one getting sensitive by pouring your feelings out.

I sold my 750's on eBay, and I called paypal before I sent the invoice to the buyer and made sure I followed every step to the max.  items over 750 has to have signature confirmation which is

$2.50 extra.. you can even do person specific signature confirmation so theres no (idk where the package is it said someone signed for it but none of my family did BS) of course all of the obvious

steps i.e address thats confirmed used the po# on the shoes and box and a reference number, took amazing photos of the shoe and tags then uploaded to drop box and put the link to the pics in

the invoice so the buyer and paypal have the best resolution images... before I sold them to the guy I asked him to give me his twitter and instagram handle, and I went through that a bit to help

judge what kind of person he/she was.. or if its a legit person period.  Last but not least. IF they claim the shoes you sent are fake, there a **** ton of procedures the buyer has to go through before

a refund is processed as a return.. one being taking the product to the brands retailer and getting the item verified for authenticity and a number of other things.  If all of that goes south and paypal

grants him a refund upon sending your shoes back "if the weight of the package different then they will rule in the sellers favor"  It has to be the exact same weight give or take an ounce no

questions.  Its hard to scam when you provide everything possible you will need to beat a scammers.  You can simply have the buyer take pics of the alleged fakes you sent including the shoes

po# and they have to upload it to paypal (if you request it via your despite  specialist), and they can compare it to your images. (drop box, iCloud etc..)

Edit: OF COURSE NOTHING IS 100 PERCENT..... (BUT AS OF NOW IT IS FOR ME)

Repped - good info to know to sell on eBay.

Why not pull a FC and attach a security type tag that must be intact upon return etc...
Thats some next level (i run a store type stuff) but I like it.  Good idea, I smell a business opportunity here... buying and selling sneakers or any item for that matter isn't going anywhere. [emoji]127806[/emoji][emoji]128064[/emoji][emoji]127806[/emoji]
