You use the YS sitemap xml to get the item id for a certain size then add that, a colon, and the quantity to the end of the cart url.

I think they changed the sitemap url after the S5 clothing release, because I can't get to it anymore. 

I've been trying to find another way, so pm me if you guys figure something out
