recent 7's were usually .5 to 1 size too big depending on your foot.

imo yes every pair of vii's ive owned were more comfortable than the vi's. I've owned multiple pairs of vii's from 06-07 and the most recent oly retro they all are pretty comfy. 2014 vi's aren't comfortable at all them thangs feel like bricks

while i personally prefer the design of the aj6 in terms of style, the aj 7 is superior in fit and comfort.
They were the most comfortable air jordan back then.
the only disadvantage of the 7 is the low ankle support due to the thin material used.
