i used a 2 day air coupon and mine still says "preparing to ship". i however have received an email and tracking # from fedex shipping manager. it shows that the package has been picked up. so i never got any ndc ship emails. chances are your order is already out and ndc just hasnt updated their system

They may be shipping the 2 separately even if you ordered together. I know I got my LeBron XI Gator Kings separate from a LeBron t-shirt even though I ordered/paid together in one go
