Its my favorite show. As a romantic partner, I have to agree.
As a partner for the firm, he is really the only one other than Donald who isnt completely expendable. He has got a few big name accounts for the firn. In their old firm he was right about many marketing strategies (like how JVC shouldve been marketed to blacks).

Also he is a good friend to Don. He couldve gotten the oldest companies biggest account to date but he had to stop because of the background check
