Not at all. Just bring realistic. If a suspect is actively trying to get away, has already attempted to do so, they need to control the situation. Unholstering is warranted. If you ask the question since when does running = danger... Then think about how every police car chase ends in guns drawn. Suspect has SHOWN he is trying to get away, while in a vehicle. You can't see what he's doing in there. UNHOLSTERING is ok. Cops shouldn't catch up to his car or pit maneuver it, then walk up and tell him "please don't try that again kind sir" you have to be realistic man
