I got w/ my Nike size for GL3/V unless it's leather lined. I usually go .5 down in that case.

I'm new to the Asics game but GLV is fitting me TTS compared with my Nike size and I'm the type that doesn't like a real snug fit.

Yeah some people in an FB group have been calling around and most shops are not releasing them. I know as of right now they're not coming out at St. Alfred in Chicago tomorrow.
