To be honest I can only recommend the BARTENDING ACADEMY here in PORTLAND, OREGON.
I graduated from there on APRIL and the training there is HANDS on everyday with only 30% of writting.
the other 70% is all hands on. They help you and teach you how to prepare all sorts of club and exotic drinks.
I don't know any other bartending school around the OREGON area that provides HANDS ON besides the one located in PORTLAND.
