As a Mariners fan, just want to say that I will not watch anymore games until ownership changes. I'm done with that franchise man. I knew he'd get traded, but that's not even the problem. Seattle is run by a bunch of chimpanzee buffoons that care only about profits and filling seats. Employing a 40-year-old DH proves that. Trading prospects for a rental 1B proves that. Employing a backup 1B BEFORE the rental 1B proves that.
