Lmfao! These where sort of popular in the early 2000's here in the DMV. I wouldn't be seen dead wearing these now.

As far as cargo shorts, I love them! I'm 6'4 and I don't like wearing shorts that are above my knees, so cargos are the best for me. Also, they're very comfortable and can be worn with anything. I usually buy Levi cargo shorts, such good quality and will last forever!

That's how my boy from New Jersey dressed daily
