Central California Hip Hop

I want to start this thread for Known and up in coming Rappers who are from Central California. Bay Area and Socal have there own sound. Does Central Cali have there's? Only people that come off the top of my mind for Central Cali is Fashawn, and Planet Asia. I just want to find the best rappers out there in Central Cali so I can put them in the discussion of good rappers from Cali.

I'm from Monterey Bay if that's relevant to you guys.

There are very little hip-hop artists in the area.  However, there are quite a few rappers, most of which seem to be heavily influenced by either the Bay Area music scene or the club scene.  They seem to get a little bit more exposure than hip-hop artists.  I have nothing against any rappers in the area, most just don't appeal to me.

Once in a good while, there will be a show in my neck of the woods, Merced or Modesto.  Check out Defiant Strike Crew on soundcloud, my cousin is in the group.
