I have a bottle here at work, a bottle at home and I make my wife carry one in her purse sometimes.
I get looks at her family parties, but it's all good.
Downside is it's expensive as hell....designer hot sauce

I have love for Cholula but if I'm about to chow down and I have both bottles in front of me, 9 times out of 10 I'm reaching for the Tap.

what exactly is the contents of that bag?

Most people put,

cucumber, pickled pork skin (known as cueritos), lime juice, Valentina or Tapatio hot sauce, chamoy, and Japanese peanuts.

Cueritos

I enjoy both but Cholula edges out Tapatio in terms of flavor. Tapatio has more of the spicy kick if you are just looking for the heat. I stock both at home. It helps that Tapatio is cheaper by volume than water. Cholula can get pretty pricey.
