as far as Mixon, during the draft yesterday people in the nfl thread said there was rumors of the Chargers taking him too

Seems his poor work ethic is putting the breaks on for a lot of teams in drafting him. I know Rio had some similar questions about his passion for the game and we were able to resolve that, but I can't say I'm all that comfortable going back to that well and hoping that we can spark a fire under an unmotivated player.
