Got a friends birthday night out this Saturday, I had the intentions of wearing my black leather jacket, a t shirt, some navy slacks and brown wingtip shoes.

Also what leg opening number is good for dress shoes? Would 7" be okay?

not with brown shoes. black wingtips then sure
Is it mainly because my jacket is black?

If so, I just need shoes for a one time thing, what are the opinion on these?

Also any help on leg opening and what color pants I should go with?

Don't know how you guys feel about Urban Outfitters & not sure if it's still going on but they're having 50% off sale items.
Picked up a sweater & pants for $35, gotta look but possibly worth the effort

if you're set around the black leather jacket and are buying an outfit to go around that, i would wear wingtips just like those, and probably go with some grey pants. leather is best worn with jeans as a general rule of thumb, if u wear it casually with jeans u can pull off a tie and wingtips too.  but if you want/need to wear slacks i'd go with maybe those charcoal bowery wool trousers that j crew sells or something similar. leg opening, obviously the more tailored and well cut the pants the better, pants should fall below your ankles but shouldn't bunch up.

I saw those at DSW...for that price and considering you really only want them for one wear or a few wears, that's easily your best bet for a low price-point.

Express Photographer pants fit pretty well too. They already come in a tailored fit with no/little break. For jeans, I kinda don't like having no/little break though. It just looks awkward to me without a little bit of bunching/stacking (by that I mean 1 extra inch, not like 3-4 inches

looking for a dressy suit, for a wedding later this month. this occasion is very important to me, and i would like to stand out (in a good way) lol but yeah, preferably a black suit, navy is ok too, but i had my eyes set on the Paul Smit Byard Suit, in black,

however the price of  it seems kind of steep. I really like the fit of the suit because it is extremely slim, n fits my body type very well, i was wondering if there are similar fits for a lesser price. ? any thoughts?

@luckyluchiano , i would always recommend buying a suit in person, unless you have tried on or have experience of a particular suit of the same brand and fit . Otherwise it is not a good idea, because for example a size 38 hugo boss suit, has different cuts and trims even within the same brand. So a particular 38 suit may even fit differntly than a sz 38 suit of the same brand. It is up to you tho, but i think you should be cautious!

Very slim and at an affordable price...Topman, look no further honest.

I have the Black one, but also really like the Tan and Navy.

Punk.com had a bunch of colors last I checked.

And again, if you're expecting REAL leather on your bag, you must buy the 20oz Canvas one.

Everything else has Polyurethane.

Yah, same watch. I believe it is unisex, it's on the mens section as well.

was going to pull the trigger earlier this year but $175 is asking alot, also with the random 25% off it's still a bit more than I want to spend (prefer under 100), how much did you end up getting yours for RFX?
