Costco sometime last year. Copped a pair in brown as well.
I'm 5'6", 150 lbs and I do not size down on 511's. But I always get them hemmed due to my height, so I think it cuts away some of the taper on the bottom of the pants-- leaving a slightly wider leg opening.
