There are movies with real sex scenes.

No there aren't. It's illegal. If you read the oral history of Boogie Nights (on Grantland), they even talk about how there were two porn actors in one scene who were actually doing it on random takes, and whenever the cameras busted in on them, production was like "nope, can't do it". They backed out and did it again. You cannot have actual penetration on set. There are very strict rules about this stuff. Any actual sex on set has to come with a warning saved for XXX films.

Did Nymphomaniac have a warning like that in theatrical release? I saw both parts on Netflix with the sex scenes in tact but there wasn't a warning that I remember.

Really rare though. They get a lot of negative attention and backlash. Unsimulated sex basically makes it hardcore porn.

There's that story of chloe sevigny actually sucking off her director boyfriend for a movie but I don't remember if that was true.

Was reading about the movie Caligula and how the Penthouse founder wanted real sex scenes in it and the director refused. So dude snuck into the studio with his own actors and shot real sex scenes. Forgot what happened to those scenes.

Caligula scenes were spliced in after the movie was finished supposedly I remember there being an orgy.

These two and Nymphomaniac Vol 1-2 are all I've seen with unsim sex but I know there are more.
