Yeah it did. It wasnt fully visable but it was there on the picture and it came with champion tag

Any local embroidery place can do that if you want it stitch. They usually do lettering for frats, sororities, etc. if you want it ironed on, see if you got a shirtique or those mall places that do iron ons for custom shirts
