Fake ID spots in San Diego

My friend is in San Diego on vacation out there right now and got his ID taken. Are there any good spots to get one? He seems pretty desperate..

Believe it or not it is my friend. I'm at school right now inBoston. He's in San Diego on Spring break with his older brother and is just sitting around right now with nothing to do. He doesn't have access to acomputer so he asked me to post it here.

I'm gonna let you know that it ain't going to work in PB or Downtown, unless you're hitting up dive bars.

It's always funny seeing peeps getting their IDs taken away in PB.
