Honestly what would you guys say my chances look like:
I worked for My schools IT department for a year doing help desk and repair for a year
Worked for Best Buy in Computers for a year
Currently working Retail for T Mobile
Have around a 3.0 GPA
Involved in various campus orgs.
lol does that seem worthy of being pulled out of the pile for an entry level IT/Business/Analyst related gig?
Contrary to popular belief analyst positions especially in intel can be quite fun. Just think the work you do can be sending Predator drones to go blow up key insurgents and things of the sort. You come across the most sensitive information and you are tasked to analyze it, and in some cases you may be out collecting the info. Just knowing that ultimately the work you and your colleagues do eventually winds up in the Presidents daily briefing isif you ask me.
So keep at it, if it's something you really want to do. Good luck.
my GPA is laughable right now like a 2.7 and it's going to be even worse after this semester.
I'm already in so I'm just hoping that they will see what I can actually do compared to what my grades are, because basically I freeze up whenever I have to take tests and forget everything.
