I called Nike to do a nationwide stock check for me. These were from the Kissamee FL Factory store in Celebriti. Apparently this was the last one in the store so it was marked down to clearance price from $380 to $200. The weekend I ordered these had a 30% sale so it came out to $140.

thanks for posting this. i wore the jacket to the gym over the weekend with my gym bag over it, i checked the bag and the straps and there was no 3m residue. rubbed it onto my hands as well and nothing... maybe the jackets he had were defective (or maybe that particular shipment was defective). in any case i'll keep an eye out.
