Has anyone ever renegotiated their offered salary?

Never hurts to ask for more as long as it's reasonable ...The first salary offer is always lower than what they can really go up to

Yeah man if you already accepted their offer, you need to hold that L.

If you have not accepted yet, by all means negotiate.

Wait...did he sign papers already? Well if that is the case, you have no leg to stand on. That is documentation that you took the job. If it was verbal, then it won't matter but once signed, then it's pretty much as is.
