You have to register the cards to your Paypal similar to to a CC. Then, send yourself payment from them. Note: you'll be losing 4-5% or whatever the Paypaltransaction fees are, though.

Edit: If they don't register instantly, set up an online listing for a fictitious item where ever you have a seller's account set up. Make the pricecheap ($1) and make the rest shipping. Set it where the buyer (you) can pay by CC w/o Paypal (not exactly sure how) and send the full payment to yourself.
