I wouldn't recommend Jasmine rice tho, but what gives the rice in sushi its uniqueness is Rice vinegar so don't forget that.

Also cleaning the rice properly by washing away the starch comes clutch too.
After that its all game on the ingredients and the style of sushi you want to make.

Ohh and an easy way to make the orange spicy sushi sauce is to mix Sriracha+Mayo
