For me it's easier to just think about the complete waste of time it is to run through a gauntlet of dropping out and back in.
I usually take these breaks to get back in the gym if im not, double up on studying, etc.
All about keeping yourself preoccupied and having the mental fortitude to not give in.
Only time im ever in any sort of danger is the mornings, I wake up on Legendary Broly and gotta relax myself down to Dragon Ball Krillin before I get outta bed.

Agreed. My original plan was to stop after a month, but I have been seeing the different effects on my manhood. I'm pretty sure I'm flatlining, especially since I don't get the morning wood like I used to. My new goal is to reach the status of getting a solid morning wood but until then I'm in this.

Yeah, I know what you mean. This used to be me, and even before I started with no fap. This is truly the longest I ever went without fapping, 22 days in. And I was a daily fapper. Now I'm worried I have some type of ED. I'm good in every of other aspect, its just the morning wood. Never understood how much it meant to me lol.

Another tip, when you start to rationalize something you know you shouldn't be doing you have to shut off your logic immediately.
