Bill Clinton is not going to lead the country, he is gonna be playing the Michelle Obama role. He can day on the first day (which I would careless about), and it really won't matter.
Hillary Clinton is not sick, she is find health for her age, and as president she will have a team of doctors taking care of her.
They will be fine, they ain't sick, they just two old people.
And if Hillary dead, Tim Kaine would be president, and by all accounts he seems capable to do the job.
