Jordan 5 Oreo Legit Check

I recently bought a pair of Jordan 5 Oreo, everything looked good except the price tag on the box is stuck to the box and you can't peel it off like my other Jordans. I contacted the seller and he said he bought it from Champs and that is how all Champs shoes are. Can anyone verify it? Thanks!
