Jordan IV Black/Red Reimagined - February 17, 2024

one thing I’ve been thinkin lately is how the black suede of the true OGs used to age. Whether it was infrared 6, or 5 black metallic or these, after the shoes were worn forever the black suede would look almost like leather. Whereas you don’t get that with any recent releases say post 2010 (that I’ve seen). It’d be interesting if JB considered this or possibly implemented it. I love how the black suede looked aged.

It's because it was Durabuck. Not suede.

Can't remember the reason, but Nike can't or won't use it anymore. It's been discussed tons over the years here and sure someone can confirm the reasoning they don't use it anymore.

It would make sense to drop military blues along with these. Look how they dropped the first real retro of fire reds 3s 6 months before an excellent reimagined version of white cements.

There’s never been a real attempt at a military blue retro either, so it would make sense to pair them with these reimagined black cements in a similar way.

Nike is right up there with the CIA when comes to running Psyops.

Lost and Founds
Chicago 2s
Black-white 1s
Playoff 13s
Reimagined 3s

All back-to-back-to-back (with AMM4s and holiday 11s in between)

Then they drop this news

This constant state of stress is unsustainable

I personally think this is the worst OG CW of the 4s
