I have had 3 sony vaios in my life. all 3 broke. i would not recommend

If I didn't like smaller laptops so much, I might actually consider that one. That's a GREAT price for what you get! That's pretty competitive with most desktops.
If you really want a bigger screen, just get a monitor and hook it up to your laptop. Dual monitors FTW!

idk I have a 16.4in VAIO with an Intel processor (2.26 GHz) & have never really had major problems w. performance, your battery life will REALLY suck though.
