Justin Bieber Thread - No Brainer out 7/27

This joint smooth, fam.

I didn't expect to like it. Never expected to be a biebervelli fan. But ****.

Young Timberlake on this joint

Sure, many people will still refuse to listen for the sole reason that it's Bieber, but ultimately, that's just their loss. With Purpose, he proves himself as one of today's most forward-thinking pop stars, and because of that, we're newly converted Beliebers. - USA Today

Spot on

I'm def not a day 1 JB fan but my sister put me on last album even that wasn't bad

He older now

:smh: Him and Sean should have dropped a remix

I was feeling the snippets of the unreleased tracks he posted a while ago on IG.

Seemed like a continuation to Journals:

8 songs in so far! Really liking it!!! Happy for the kid!! "No Pressure" is [emoji]128293[/emoji] Love the promo he's doing now. Posting videos for every song.

Watching clips of him on Ellen for Bieber week is pretty funny, you can tell he's shy when it's just him and she pushes him which causes humor

YESSSSIRRRRRRRR!

UPDATE: Justin Bieber gets the slight edge today over One Direction after one full day of sales. He has taken a commanding lead on the digital front, dropping just over half after the overnight Thursday preorder redemptions. However, this race is far from over—1D remains close behind in sales. With tracks and streams added in, Bieber currently leads One Direction for the SPS crown by 25k.

As it stands now, Bieber will score his best ever opening week, beating the 374k of 2012's Believe.

While One Direction won't see their best first week, they appear set to beat the 387k of last year's Four by 30-40k.

Both albums are wildly exceeding their first week forecasts, each possibly feeding off the other's fan base. Going into the week, each was expected to finish in the 300-350k range.

In addition to Bieber, Def Jam has three other titles among the week's biggest releases.

Justin Bieber (Def Jam) 425-450k albums, 475-500k consumption
One Direction (SYCO/Columbia) 415-440k, 450-475k
Logic (Def Jam) 85-90k, 90-95k
Jeezy (Def Jam) 60-65k, 65-70k
Chris Young (RCA Nashville) 50-55k, 55-60k
Alessia Cara (Def Jam) 17-20k, 25-28k

1D had previously grabbed the edge by exploding at physical retail, largely due to the four exclusive covers available at Target, while the group’s Walmart numbers are strong as well.

With both sides engaged in a grueling marathon of events, promotions, tie-ins and whatnot, the advantage in this no-holds-barred throwdown is likely to shift multiple times before next week’s chart is final.

Man, this has been on repeat the last few days. Really diggin' it :pimp:

The videos he's been releasing each hour for each song today have been pretty dope, cool concept

Honestly the album brings me back to the good ole 90's. Vocals and production sound like a throw back to me

Shocked tbh

"Shocked" is a good way to put it. Mannn I would have punched someone in the face a year or 2 ago if they told me I'd be bumpin' Bieber, this **** is fire  :pimp:

Added the Acoustic version of What Do You Mean and the Hotline Bling remix. Plus the bonus tracks

Might be on this wave for a while

That acoustic version is dope

The acoustic of 'Sorry' is pretty dope as well, probably dont want it on your phone or CD since theres a brief skating intermission, but man.. This kids voice is really a mixture of Fergie and Jesus

The three consecutive songs are the best I've heard in any recent album:

Company --> No Pressure --> No Sense
