tried on the kobe 10 elite flyknit

much more comfortable than the kobe 10 fused mesh

compared to the kobe 9 elites... feels lighter and more flexible. the double stacked zoom air in the heel is definitely and big bonus.

kobe 9 elite are aesthetically more superiors though

Kobe X elites is a performance beast.

More flexible, cushioning is god level and the traction is not that far off from the 9s. Played for a few hours and I felt like playing in a low top shoe.

I don't own most of the Kobe 9 elites but they actually used less glue for the Xs as some parts of the shoe are see through. Thank god they went back to zoom. Lunarlon is just not working for me.

Depends. My LeBron XIIs and past Nike Elites came double boxed... probably sent that way from Nike's warehouse to Eastbay.

I would just pay the additional $4 so I don't end up wuth the "Bag of Death".
