LC - Cool Grey XI

My buddy has some Cool Grey XI's that he thinks are fake because they look different than the ones I got at the mall.  I agree with him that they are different, but I don't know enough to say if they are fake.  Here are some pics of the shoes and the boxes.  His box is on top and his shoes are in the middle of all the pics.  The boxes are really different.  His is a different color, has a different tag and pull ring, and looks different on the inside.  The soles are a different color and you can see through the soles on the toe of his.  What do you all think?

could be some really bad B-grades. id be pissed if i was him. carbon looks good, but i havent seen any CGs with a see through sole in the front..

B-Grades is when there is some kind of flaw or defect from the factory. They aren't fakes, but a mistake was made, such as the clear sole.
