Are these legit, and if yes, what is the condition of these? VNDS (9), NDS ( or even a 7? Thanks a lot for your help and support! Very appreciated!

They look okay to me, but the print looks a little dark and thick. I think they are fine though. they have defiantly been repainted, which takes away from the value. they are worth around $100, give or take a little.
