Legit Check - Jordan 3 True Blue 2009

Hi guys found these AJ3 True Blue but I don't know if are legit. I have a slight suspicion that they are fake because the stitching on the top is not perfect but maybe I'm wrong.

What do you think?

Also seller claims that these are brand new / DS. Are these look DS?
