You guys think IF will show up in Lukes series? They still haven't announced any casting and they are already filming. When JJ was filming, Luke Cage was already casted ahead of time. If he does show up, it might be a very small cameo because I don't think that is a casting they'd be able to keep under wraps this well. I think that if they announce who is playing Rand, that would have also shut all the rumors up about IF series being in trouble.

They also announced Punisher and Elektra casting before they started filming DD S2.

He wasn't likable, but I couldn't take my eyes off the screen whenever he was on, no ayo.

My favorite Kilgrave moments will always be when he goes, 'Oh shut up!' Lmao

I feel like they'll announce who is playing Danny Rand any day now. The next big announcement from the MCU I guess.

Can I just say, I don't read all the blog sites or know the trend in social media posts but i'm glad this show and the character speak for themselves. I doesn't need marketing with an agenda like supergirl and people tweeting about girl power. Just let it do what it does.

Just finished the series and the bull Killgrave got annoying at some points, running away like a lil female dog on some sucka for love steeze. Hogarth did scream Claire Underwood but at this point I don't think any slim white woman w/ short hair playing a serious role can't be mistaken for that character, it's like a standard now. At least shorty aint gotta cough up 75-90% now though right.lol

I wonder when they'll tie the stories together in some way, shape, or form. Not too familiar w/ the comics so I don't know if JJ and DD ever cross paths in them.
 
Just binged watched the first 4 episodes of Jessica Jones.
Pretty darn good I must say.
Refreshing change for the Marvel Cinematic Universe from the popcorn humor blockbuster Avengers movies.
Both are necessary though.
Recommended.
Give the first 4 episodes a combined 9/10.
 
I will say that I was a little surprised at how dark the show turned out to be :lol: . I know it's supposed to be a noir but I didn't expect it to be even darker than Daredevil,this isn't no PG13 type of show like the movies are :lol:

The subject matter, tone, and lack of superhero costumes makes me wonder if kids watched this show.
 
After watching dude on DD shove that thing through his skull I was not tryin to have my 9 yr old son watch it but my wife was like it's okay. he not gon watch JJ because of the nudity and adult situations tho

enough of a boob to get him riled up, not at 9 yrs lol

i'll give him till about 13-14 before he gets to see some full boob

The plan is Luke Cage and Iron Fist will have mini-series, then JJ, DD, LC, IF will all unite for a Defenders mini-series. But its assumed that, much like this season, we'll see some character crossover in the upcoming series as well.
 
It appears as though a new Daredevil Season 2 Trailer was shown at Brazel Comic-Con this month and Tumblr user Cherryvane was there to witness it. It appears the scene that was shown shows an iconic scene from the comics. Read on below for the description!


"The “teaser” started on a scene where Matt, dressed as Daredevil (wearing the uniform from the end of season 1) walks on a room that looked like a refrigerator. The place was barely lit and had big slices of meat hanging from the ceiling. As Daredevil walks on that room (the camera focused only at him) we see that he’s searching for something as he stays quiet, slowly walking deep into the room, turning his head trying to hear something. At some point, something not show to the spectator grasps his attention. The camera open focus to the rest of the room and we see that there are also people being hanged like meat. Matt searches the corpses with his super senses, not touching, only trying for heart beats, once he finds someone he rush to aid the man: “I’ll take you of that” (or something like it), he says as he tries to take the barely alive man off the hook. After succeeding, he lays the guy (that I have no idea of how he could be alive considering how badly injured the dude was) on the ground and say something along the lines “Why did they do this to you?” In which the guy mumbles “They? It was just a guy”. Matt stays dead silent, camera focusing on him. The scene shifts. It’s night time and someone is on the top of a building aiming a sniper riffle at a person on a taxi. I’m not sure if the person being aimed was a man or a woman, though it looked like a woman. The man behind the gun is no one else but the Frank Castle. While Frank is readying his riffle for the perfect shot, unaware of his surroundings, DD appears. Running on the rooftop, he jumps and kicks the gun, amazingly diving over Frank to stop him. They soon engage on a fight, but when it was getting interesting and intense as [frick] the scene was cut with the Daredevil logo"

Damn. Punisher aint playing. That might be the best intro to a character yet :x
