People aren't mad at the actual thing. It's the idea behind it which is racist in itself. You have no problem being with a black person in private but let us be in public and I might as well be stranger because I'll damage your brand.

^the hiding only inflames the rumors.  People know they're working together, if she had just walked out and hopped in the car it wouldn't have even been a story

White America set the 1 drop rule standard for what's considered black in this country so Jeter is definitely black. So is Nicole Richie, Amber Rose, Paula Abdul, Kris Humphries etc. Jeter is the one exception of black celebrity male

Jeter got those blue eyes though, a lot of folks don't see him as black just kind of ethnically ambiguous.

Anyone here read 'The Isis Papers' by Frances Cress Welsing? It basically talks about how racism/white supremacy is an almost instinctive response by whites to ensure genetic survival. Because if there were no racial boundaries or division, and all whites and blacks miscegenated tomorrow, whiteness would eventually disappear because black + white makes black children. It's an interesting look at the psychology behind racism.
 
Yeah just like in latin america and south america a lot of black ppl there don't claim their african heritage especially ones that are famous. Adriana Lima is 1 of the few that claims her afro-brazilian heritage. She's black and most ppl wouldn't think so
