1. Jay-Z "Grammy Family" freestyle

2. Kanye "Run this town"

3. Canibus "Fantastic Four"

4. Big Pun "Twinz"

5. Big L "Freestyle with Jay-Z"
 
Off the top of my head (this could change tomorrow):

Guru's second verse on "Mass Appeal"

Pimp C's on "Quit Hatin' The South"

Nas' first 16 on "It Ain't Hard To Tell" (plenty of Nas verses could've grabbed this spot)

Ghostface Killah's first verse on "Nutmeg" (this is probably my favorite all-time)
