As far as chronic illness is concerned, I doubt that teams include that in contract. These players are young and in peak physical condition. Now when itcomes to dangerous activities like motorcycles (Big Ben, Jay Williams, Kellen Winslow) and truck washing (Jeff Kent) then they have a long and detailed list.
