Hopefully he joins a team that can go and win a super bowl with. All those years with such a crappy franchise

Dude is still good though.

Don't make sense

Ehhhh....Andre's been restructuring his contract for years, he doesn't have to do that anymore, and shouldn't have to. They gave him David Carr, but didn't give Carr a line. Got a line as Schaub came, but didn't supply a defense. Got a defense, yet missed out on Peyton due to Kub's loyalty to Schaub, not seeing that Schaub would never be the QB he was. It's a damn shame. Throw in some other missed opportunities and unlucky gaffs, and this is where we're at, pretty much both sides having to move on. Salute to all he's done here, as he did everything he could to put the team on his back, even if management didn't always do the same. And salute to wherever he goes (unless it's the Cowboys or Colts, **** them lame *************). I'd like him in Seattle obviously if not here, but the Pats would also be a great destination. Probably the Packers too. I would say the Niners, but they need a QB as well, and probably a running back. Steelers and Ravens would be good to, but more Steelers since the Ravens would remind him too much of the Texans.

@McClain_on_NFL: Texans gave Andre Johnson permission to seek a trade. Told him he'd have a reduced role next season. He asked to be traded or cut instead.

@McClain_on_NFL: If no trade can't be worked out for Johnson, he'll be cut and free to sign with any team after 12 seasons with the Texans.

@McClain_on_NFL: Texans didn't discuss contract with Johnson, but if he'd returned in reduced role, he would have been asked to take less than $10.5 base.

pats...

Could he go back to Miami to finish his career? They sure as hell need some receivers right about now.
