What's the smallest size Nike made them? I thought the smallest size made was a size 7, but apparently a seller on eBay said he had size 6 and 6.5.

i've never seen a 6 / 6.5...i would err on the safe side and pass

For me, TTS. Barely longer and barely narrower than my 2010 Infrared AM90s, but not much.

Very few pairs. I don't believe any 13s dropped on NDC.
